Shoplyfter Caso No. 1148696 - Kat Monroe

Suspect was not cooperating with LP officer and was told a strip search would follow. In hopes of avoiding the search, the suspect removed the merchandise from her person and admitted to her theft. Infraction was handled locally by the LP officer without the inclusion of law enforcement.
